Charges and Billing

Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover will be our acceptable methods of payment. Client authorizes us to charge clients designated payment method in advance for all applicable fees incurred by client in connections with our services. Client further acknowledges that it is their responsibility to provide accurate billing and payment information and will keep this information up to date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for these charges, to obtain updated account information directly from your Credit Card Company and or financial institution for facilitating any such charges, and to retain information about the payment method associated with your account.

All fees shall be paid in US dollars.

Client agrees to pay any taxes, including sales or use taxes resulting from client’s use of the service.

Client is responsible for any fees including attorney and collection fees that we may incur in an effort to collect any remain balance due from client. Client must notify us of any billing problems or discrepancies with in sixty (60) days after they first appear on client’s credit card account statement. If client does not notify us with in sixty days, client waives any right to dispute such problems or discrepancies.

Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.
